1. Ticket Purchase

• All tickets are subject to availability.

• A ticket is valid for one person only and must be presented upon entry (printed or digital).

• Tickets may not be duplicated or reproduced.

2. Refund Policy

• All ticket purchases are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting the event organisers before the event.

• In the unlikely event that Ascension is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be issued.

• If the event is postponed, all tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, refund options will be communicated.

3. Event Changes

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to:

• The programme,

• Guest ministers,

• Worship leaders,

• Speakers,

• Schedule,

• Venue (if necessary)

without prior notice where circumstances require.

4. Admission

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or likely to interfere with the worship experience of others.

5. Photography & Filming

Ascension will be professionally photographed and filmed.

By attending, you consent to your image, likeness, and voice being captured and used by SB Ministries for promotional, educational, archival, livestream, and media purposes without compensation.

6. Livestream

The event may be livestreamed and recorded. Attendance constitutes consent to appear in these recordings.

7. Health & Safety

Attendees are responsible for following all venue safety instructions and directions given by event staff and volunteers.

8. Personal Property

The organisers cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

9. Children

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise stated.

10. Accessibility

If you require accessibility assistance, please contact the organisers in advance so every reasonable effort can be made to accommodate your needs.

11. Code of Conduct

Ascension exists to create an atmosphere where people can worship Jesus freely.

All attendees are expected to treat others with honour, respect, and kindness. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, or disruption of the event will not be tolerated.

12. Liability

Attendance at Ascension is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SB Ministries shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from attendance at the event, except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
